As drivers did donuts in a shopping center parking lot in Prince George’s County earlier this month, a teen driver’s car spun out of control and crashed into a woman, sending her to the hospital with serious injuries.

The driver was charged after police say he fled and spray-painted his car another color to try to throw off investigators.
