D4vd ‘s music has seen a boost in streaming after the body of a teenage girl, Celeste Rivas Hernandez, was found decomposing in the trunk of his abandoned car. According to AllHipHop, t he singer’s breakout song, “Romantic Homicide,” climbed to No. 8 on Spotify’s U.S. daily chart on Monday (Sept. 22).

The song was initially released in 2022 and garnered attention across TiktTok , and features the lyrics, “In the back of my mind, You died/And I didn’t even cry/ No, not a single tear.”
