HARLEM, Manhattan (WABC) -- Additional lawsuits were filed Tuesday on behalf of the families of four people who died during the Legionnaires' outbreak in Harlem.

Rev. Al Sharpton and civil rights attorney Ben Crump announced the legal action on Tuesday morning at the National Action Network's headquarters.

They announced they are suing Skanska USA on behalf of another construction worker they say was sickened with legionnaires' disease at a construction site.

They also filed 17 notices of claim against the city, including several wrongful death claims.

They were surrounded by family members of loved ones who died during the outbreak and people who suffered illness this summer.
