Baltimore — With memories of a disastrous 2023 loss to the Baltimore Ravens still fresh in everybody's minds, it was easy to wonder how the Detroit Lions ' defense would fare in Monday night's meeting with quarterback Lamar Jackson.
But Detroit's pass rush came alive and showed top-notch discipline in the process to neutralize the two-time MVP in a 38-30 win at M&T Bank Stadium. Jackson was sacked seven times, tying a career — and Ravens franchise — high. The Lions held the Ravens to just 85 yards on the ground, including 35 from Jackson and 50 from five-time Pro Bowler Derrick Henry.
