The Portland Trail Blazers will enter their new season in about a month. As part of our ramp-up to the upcoming year, we’re asking a series of questions about the rotation and your views on its solidity. We’ve covered centers, power forwards, small forwards, and shooting guards so far. Today we complete the circuit, looking at potential point guards.

No position underwent more renovation for the Blazers this summer than point guard. Last year’s rotation consisted of sophomore sensation Scoot Henderson and bench scorer Dalano Banton with the occasional secondary assist by forward Deni Avdija.

Henderson and Avdija remain large parts of the roster, but to that duo the Blazers have added veteran guards Jrue Holiday and, eventually hopefully, Damian Lillard. Lillard is recovering from injury
