Hong Kong is bracing for the arrival of Super Typhoon Ragasa. The storm was packing winds of 205 kilometers per hour. Ragasa has already caused major flight disruptions, and closed schools and businesses across southern China. At least six people were injured and over 7,000 people were evacuated in Taiwan when the typhoon swept south of the island, the Central News Agency reported.
