Russell Wilson’s 14-year tenure as an NFL starting quarterback might have finally come to an end today.

The New York Giants benched Wilson and plan to start rookie Jaxson Dart in Week 4 and beyond.

Wilson entered the league in 2012 with Seattle and quickly became the greatest QB in franchise history. While he’s the all-time passing leader for the Seahawks by a large margin- 37,059 yards to Matt Hasselbeck’s 29,434 as the runner-up- the ‘Russ’ of late has been far from the complete field general of his prime.
