Cardi B says the efforts to finalize her divorce from Offset have stalled due to a discrepancy over his terms.

On Monday, September 22, Bardi spoke to her fans during another explosive session on X Spaces. During her conversation, Cardi B spoke about the status of her divorce battle with the father of her three children and revealed why they haven't signed the papers yet.
