A Lubbock-based franchisee of 7Brew drink stops across Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and Colorado announced a merger with a New York firm in the hopes of further expansion.

Masked Rider Capital, a Lubbock-based private investment firm, confirmed a strategic merger for its portfolio company, 7Crew Enterprises, LLC., according to a news release. 7Crew is the second largest 7 Brew franchisee, stretching across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Florida. Those locations include:

Texas: Abilene, Amarillo, Bellmead, Bryan, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo and Wichita Falls.

Oklahoma: Ardmore, Edmond, Enid, Lawton, Oklahoma City, Yukon.

Colorado: Alamosa and Montrose.

Florida: Crestview, Fort Walton Beach, Leesburg and Niceville.
