BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) - The Cleveland Browns have signed wide receiver Luke Floriea to the practice squad.

In a corresponding move, the team has released defensive end K.J. Henry from the practice squad.

Floriea, who signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of Kent State, spent the preseason with Cleveland. He was waived in August after suffering a hamstring injury in the team's second preseason game.

In his final season in the college ranks, Floriea caught 44 passes for 699 yards and seven touchdowns for the Golden Flashes.

For his career, he piled up 100 receptions for 1,321 yards and 12 touchdowns in 48 games at KSU.

Floriea is a 2020 graduate of Mentor High School.

The Browns will visit the Detroit Lions on Sunday at 1 p.m. on FOX Youngstown.
