MINERAL WELLS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An 18-year-old Mineral Wells man was arrested after deputies responded to a domestic incident with injuries on Sept. 12, according to the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were called to a home on Dovetail Road, where the victim reported that an argument had taken place and she had been punched in the mouth by her son. Deputies observed a laceration on the victim’s lip.

Logan Izek Scott, 18, of Dovetail Road, was taken into custody on a charge of domestic battery.

He was transported to the Wood County Holding Center for processing, arraigned, and placed into custody.
