Town of Onondaga, N.Y. ― A 22-year-old woman admitted to driving drunk in a rollover crash that killed one passenger and badly injured another in November.

Kaitlyn Kudla , of Port Byron, pleaded guilty last Tuesday to aggravated vehicular homicide. She was promised a sentence of 5 to 15 years in prison, prosecutor Frank Pelosi said.

Aggravated vehicular homicide has a maximum sentence of 25 years.

Shortly after 2 a.m. on Nov. 3, Kudla was driving her 2017 Nissan Rogue when she lost control of the car and it rolled over on West Seneca Turnpike in the town of Onondaga.

Kudla had a blood alcohol concentration of .08% or more, authorities said.

The crash killed Riley Besner , 22, of Auburn.
