LAWRENCE COUNTY, Mo. — A Lawrence County man has been charged following a report of alleged threats on Monday, Aug. 18.

According to online court dockets filed on Monday, Sept. 22, Raul Maravilla, born 2007, of Aurora, has been charged with second-degree terrorist threat and tampering with a judicial officer.

The probable cause statement says an officer with the Aurora-Marionville Police Department responded to a location in Aurora following threats that were reported.

Police began to travel to the scene when they were alerted that the suspect had left the area and had traveled westbound. The officer found Maravilla and asked him about the incident after reading his Miranda rights.
