An A-lister is heading to downtown Manhattan.
Sabrina Carpenter, the “Please Please Please” and “Espresso” singer-songwriter and actress, just plunked down $9.95 million for a chic duplex at a landmarked building on Leonard Street in Tribeca, according to property records.

The seller is beauty mogul Cassandra Grey — the widow of the late former Paramount head Brad Grey, mom to their child Jules, and founder of beauty brand Violet Grey. She was formerly in a six-year relationship with celebrity DJ Samantha
