The Allegheny Lab for Innovation and Creativity (ALIC) has opened in Meadville, Pennsylvania, as a collaborative effort between Allegheny College and the local manufacturing community to train skilled workers.

The lab aims to address the workforce needs of the region by providing specialized training in fields such as robotics and precision machining. This initiative is the result of nearly two years of needs assessment conducted by Allegheny College to ensure the education provided aligns with the demands of local industries.
