ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Witness testimony continued Tuesday in the trial of the man accused in an Atlanta 8-year-old’s killing.
Julian Conley is accused of killing Secoriea Turner in 2020.
On Tuesday, the chief medical examiner for the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office testified about the gunshot that struck Secoriea.
Conley’s attorneys said in their opening statements that the evidence will prove Conley was not the shooter, based on how the shot was fired and how it struck the child.
