ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) - A new study released by AAA of Western N.Y. shows that road rage is on the rise across the nation. In Rochester, many motorists have felt a shift in the attitudes of other drivers over the past few years.
Rochester resident Karina Kelly, who frequently drives and walks throughout the Park Ave. neighborhood, said she sees aggressive driving behaviors almost every day.
"I see a lot of impatient drivers that don't even give others a second when driving, they just lay on their horn and throw their hands up in the air," Kelly said. "You can tell they're screaming in their car."
