HANNIBAL (WGEM) - The City of Hannibal appointed a new city manager on Tuesday.

Mayor Darrell McCoy and the Hannibal City Council announced Andy Dorain as the city manager for Hannibal, effective immediately.

According to McCoy, Dorian is a longtime public servant and a dedicated leader in Hannibal. Dorian has worked for the city for nearly two decades, most recently as director of central services and interim city manager.

“Andy Dorian has a proven track record of commitment, vision, and leadership,” McCoy said. “He knows Hannibal, he understands the needs of our residents, and he has consistently delivered results that make our city a better place to live, work, and visit. We are confident that under his leadership, Hannibal will continue to grow and thrive.”
