Moscow, Sep 24 (UNI) The oppression of Russian speakers in the Baltic countries violates all the norms of the old European “civilization,” Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky told Sputnik.
“In the same vein, I would like to mention the increasingly harsh oppression of Russian-speaking people in the Baltics in violation of all conceivable norms of the old European ‘civilization,'” Lyubinsky said.
