The Plaza at Preston Center, located in University Park, has inked leases with three new tenants for their first Dallas locations, totaling more than 13,000 square feet of fresh retail and dining.

Austin-based Viva Day Spa + Med Spa has secured its first location outside the capital city with a nearly 10,000-square-foot space above Tootsies clothing store and will open Oct. 9. The company, founded in 2005, offers spa services and medical treatments such as injections and laser hair removal.
