Carol J. Akari Oconomowoc, WI - Carol J. Akari, age 79, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025, with her family by her side.

Carol was born on January 16, 1946, in Youngstown, OH, and was the daughter of the late Jonathan and Josephine (Rehak) Galus. She graduated from Ursuline High School in Youngstown and remained proud of her Ohio roots throughout her life.
