When a woman pulled into a Walmart parking lot in Texas, she came across a scene she couldn’t turn away from.

A homeless man sat in the sweltering heat, trying to sell a tiny six-week-old white puppy. The pup lay quietly behind him, clearly struggling under the sun.

Worried for the puppy’s wellbeing, the woman approached and pleaded with the man to surrender him so that he could receive care.

He refused. The situation grew tense when she called local authorities, but then another man stepped forward. He had witnessed what was happening and offered his support. Together, they managed to convince the man to hand over the puppy.

A Rough Beginning For A Young Pup
