PETOSKEY — A long-term strategic planning process is kicking off for the Public Schools of Petoskey.

During a Sept. 16 Board of Education meeting, Michigan Leadership Institute (MLI) representative John Scholten explained to the board what a full strategic planning process will look like and how to engage with the community through surveys and focus groups.
