High School Golf: Girls finally get their chance to hit course for Ida

There is a new game in town for girls in Ida.

The school, which has fielded a boys team for many years, added girls golf to its roster of sports this fall.

What took so long?

“That’s a really good question,” coach Sandra Steinke said. “I don’t have an answer. I never asked.”
