EXETER — RiverWoods has launched the Seacoast Dementia Hub , a new community resource helping families care for loved ones with dementia.

The Seacoast Dementia Hub offers personalized guidance through one-on-one conversations with Program Director Ashley Seinen, helping families answer questions and explore next steps. Hub staff can connect caregivers to local and national services ranging from medical providers and support groups to in-home care and respite programs.

The Hub also provides education through classes, presentations, and community workshops, while offering ongoing check-ins and follow-ups to help families adapt as needs change.
