Took all day yesterday, but finally the rain moved in by late evening.

We’ll continue to dodge drops today as more small waves of wet weather move through, but since we missed out on a LOT of rain (and potential thunderstorms) yesterday, we have shaved back the rain estimates for this wet spell.

Guidance was promising big water. Some estimates were as high as 3-4” from Tuesday afternoon through Friday morning.

But now, we’re down to around an inch to an inch and a half. And all our hopes hinge on the big slug of rain tomorrow.

Current projections show it starting up tonight and carrying into tomorrow night.

Thunderstorms are a possibility along with bursts of heavier rain.
