Ketchum will soon embark on its effort to use its newly-adopted comprehensive plan to inform a revision of the city land use code, a set of legally-binding regulations governing development within city limits.
Ketchum City Council members during their meeting last week heard an introductory presentation on the project from Ketchum Planning and Building Director Morgan Landers.
Landers presented to the council a recently-updated and consolidated draft of the city’s land use code containing formatting and structural revisions.
