Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today congratulated the makers of the Odia film Pushkara after it bagged the Best Odia Film Award at the prestigious 71st National Film Awards.

Taking to X, the Chief Minister extended his “heartfelt congratulations and best wishes” to the entire team behind the film. He expressed hope that the Odia film industry would scale new heights with such remarkable creative contributions.

“Pushkara,” directed by Subhransu Das and based on noted Odia writer Shankar Tripathy’s novel Nadabindu, has been widely appreciated for its strong storytelling rooted in Odisha’s culture and traditions.
