WINDHAM, Maine (WMTW) - Police raided a home in Windham Tuesday morning following what they say is a months-long investigation into suspected drug trafficking, prostitution, human trafficking and other criminal activities taking place there.

At about 6:30 a.m., the Windham Police Department and Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office went to a home on Snowy Ridge Road to execute a high-risk search warrant.

As a result of the search, police arrested seven people:

Daniel Yates, 34, of Windham. Charged with refusing to submit to detention, creating a police standoff, and outstanding warrants

Trista Townsend, 36, of Limington. Charged with refusing to submit to detention, violating conditions of release, and creating a police standoff

Ciara Rose, 33, homeless. Charged with refusing to submit
