Our current City Council is once again showing their lack of judgment and creativity when it comes to promoting Greeley’s Development. Our elected representatives want Greeley citizens to pay for and give guarantees to develop a parcel of land that is part of Windsor’s entry way to their city from U.S. 34. This proposed Catalyst entertainment district location only benefits Windsor’s growth and does not help Greeley’s core growth center. This parcel of land was designated as open space land to have separation between our municipalities and should remain so.

This is the same council who purchased one-half interest into an underground reservoir near the Wyoming border. For Greeley to use this reservoir they must pump water uphill to the border and then back to Greeley adding a huge cost to
