Police in Brooklyn are investigating after a man was found dead Tuesday night, possibly after being set on fire and falling from a roof.

According to police sources, cops from the 61st Precinct rushed to 1930 East 2nd St. in Gravesend at around 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 23 after they received a report of a man on fire.

Arriving on the scene, the officers say they discovered a man unconscious and unresponsive. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.

While police did not provide further details, sources familiar with the investigation told amNewYork that the man appeared to have suffered burns across his body and had injuries consistent with a fall.
