Six arrests have been made in a string of dawn raids following a major investigation into cannabis delivery by post.
Greater Manchester Police says an operation has taken place to tackle an organised crime group operating in Hyde , Tameside .
The gang is believed to be responsible for importing significant quantities of cannabis into the UK via ‘fast parcel’ services - which enter the UK from abroad.
'Fast parcels' typically contain illegal drugs or weapons and can travel through commonly known express delivery companies.
