The Social Security Administration is changing the way it looks as it launches a newly designed webpage as part of the agency’s “ ongoing commitment to provide efficient and equitable service .”
The webpage was updated earlier this week and includes a multitude of changes , and though sometimes change can be daunting, the new page was designed with its users in mind and accessibility.
It highlights several features SSA beneficiaries may need to access while visiting the site.
