BREAKING: Multiple people shot at immigration office in Dallas

Two people are dead ICE facility in Dallas this morning, an ICE spokesperson confirmed to NBC News. The three people shot are ICE detainees, a ICE spokesperson told NBC News. No ICE officers were hurt.
