DALLAS — At least one active shooter opened fire at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, killing two detainees and injuring another before turning the gun on himself, FOX 4 reported .

Authorities described the shooter as a male sniper armed with a rifle. He reportedly positioned himself on a rooftop on Sept. 24, though it remains unclear whether it was atop the ICE facility or a nearby structure.
