SUMMERDALE, Ala. ( WALA ) - Authorities in Baldwin County on Tuesday arrested a man on child sexual abuse and pornography charges as the result of an investigation they began in April.

According to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, Brandon Michael Fry, 40, is accused of sexually touching a child under 12 as well as using artificial intelligence technology to create explicit content using images of children he knew.

The investigation began on April 4, when the Summerdale Police Department received a report of child sexual abuse and subsequently handed it over to the BCSO, officials said.
