A Washington state woman pleaded not guilty after being arrested for allegedly killing her boyfriend with an ax then setting their home on fire .

Kimberly Feyhl, 49, was charged with first-degree murder with a deadly weapon enhancement and first-degree arson and remains in custody on $3 million bail. Local NBC affiliate KING was in the courtroom on Tuesday for Feyhl's arraignment , which followed her Sept. 16 arrest. According to court documents reviewed by Law&Crime, firefighters responded to a call at an apartment complex in Issaquah, Washington, before 8 a.m. that morning. When they arrived, they found a man dead inside and Feyhl outside sitting in a playground nearby.
