Wet pattern ending: The past few days have been rainy, and as a result, many areas have seen at least half an inch of rainfall, with some areas receiving nearly two and a half inches. While this is beneficial at a local level, the rainfall we’ve had so far has still not made a significant impact on the drought we are currently experiencing. Our final day of rain for a while is today, with showers expected to linger through the afternoon and evening hours. Expect light to moderate rainfall, along with perhaps a rumble of thunder in the strongest showers.
Pattern flip: Clouds and moisture are expected to move out after today. Clouds decrease on Thursday, leaving a mostly sunny sky for the weekend. Thursday will be a great day to spend some time outside. Temperatures
