The iconic Cadillac Ranch in the Texas Panhandle was recently repainted to memorialize Charlie Kirk , the well-known conservative activist who was murdered Sept. 10.

Two Oklahoma artists repainted all the cars at Cadillac Ranch red, then left messages painted throughout the public art project, including "This is a turning point."

Kirk was the co-founder of Turning Point USA and was at one of the group's events at a Utah university when he was killed.

Cristen Winter Huber, owner of Winter Night Owl LLC Custom Art in Oklahoma City, posted on her Facebook page Sept. 21 that "Cadillac Ranch got a makeover."
