A 24-year-old man was arrested Saturday for allegedly assaulting a coworker with two machetes at an Amazon facility in Revere , officials said.

Officers responded to the facility at 135 American Legion Highway for a reported “workplace assault,” police said in a statement.

“The initial 911 call reported that an employee had attacked a co-worker with a machete,” police said.

Officers were told at the scene that Evens Laforet had chased a colleague while wielding two machetes following a workplace dispute, police said, without elaborating on what sparked the disagreement.
