WEST HAVEN, Utah (ABC4) — The West Haven man convicted of sending and receiving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through social media has been sentenced to probation.

Andres Rafael Diaz, 36, pleaded guilty to and was convicted of one count of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to court documents, Diaz received credit for time served for 142 days in jail and was placed on probation, to be supervised by Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P). His attorney filed a document with probation
