Kirby Smart and his Georgia defense will get a second crack at trying to defeat the Kalen DeBoer offense this week.

And this time, Smart and defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann will run a defense against DeBoer and Alabama offensive coordinator Ryan Grub b. A season ago in Alabama’s victory over the Bulldogs, Nick Sheridan was the offensive coordinator and play caller.

Smart, during the SEC coaches teleconference Wednesday, was asked for his thoughts on the Grubb version of the offense.
