Faith-based nonprofit XChange Recovery celebrated the grand opening of its second location, this one in central Vancouver, on Tuesday.
The nonprofit, which also has a location in Ridgefield, offers recovery and housing options for Clark County residents. XChange Recovery chose the spot at 3021 N.E. 72nd Drive, Suite 1, for its proximity to other resources, including Council for the Homeless, as well at the people it hopes to serve, like those living in nearby Vancouver Housing Authority apartments.
“We are super blessed to be able to have now this location here, to be able to reach in-depth the folks that are really struggling out here,” said Kami McKinzey-Bartelmie, XChange Recovery’s clinical operations director.
