“Soil Superheroes,” a travelling exhibit from Ingenium in Ottawa, promises to teach all that and more.

The exhibit officially opens Saturday at The Timmins Museum, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Visitors will learn all about the farmers, soil scientists and educators who are working to keep soil healthy.

For example, Don Lobb’s Ontario farm was where researchers advanced knowledge of sustainable farming practices.
