OKMULGEE, Okla. (KFOR) - Police in Okmulgee are investigating a deadly encounter that has left one person dead.
According to the Okmulgee Police Department (OPD), officers responded on September 22 to a physical altercation between two males in the front yard of 802 Crutchmer Avenue.
OPD discovered, upon arrival, Robert Henry lying unresponsive in the front yard and transported Henry to Tulsa Saint Francis Hospital, where he later died at the hospital on September 23. Officers on the scene say contact was made with Steve Allen Keel at the scene, who had an active felony warrant from the District Court of Okmulgee County.
