A popular metal band was all set to perform in Mexico City, Mexico this week.

Blabbermouth reports that face-painted Swedish sensation Ghost informed fans that they would not, in fact, be playing their gig at the Palacio De Los Departes on Tuesday after frontman Tobias Forge — better known by such stage names as Papa Perpetua — fell ill.

“It is with deep regret that we must inform you the Ghost show tonight, September 23, has been cancelled,” a statement published to social media reads. “Tobias Forge is suffering from food poisoning, which makes it impossible for the band to perform.
