Applications are set to open for the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area Institutional Rehabilitation Grant Program (LCRA) in October.

The program supports insitiutions that have difficulty securing alternate funding for historic building rehabilitation.

To qualify for the grant, the structure has to be located within the designated LCRA boundaries. You can find those listed here.

The application period is from Wednesday, Oct. 1 through Wednesday, Dec. 31.
