It’s been a terrifying week for America, and may be remembered as a turning point, the moment when President Donald Trump took off his mask and moved decisively to wreck our democracy. This is not a drill.

Jimmy Kimmel survived it, for now, but Trump promises his rampage will continue, that he intends to use the full powers of the federal government to silence his critics, and that his next target will be ABC’s talk show, “The View.“
