Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon vowed Tuesday that the San Diego-based wireless pioneer will be “the company that’s going to bring AI everywhere.”
Amon spoke at the opening of the three-day Snapdragon Summit 2025 conference in Maui that brings together industry analysts, media, Qualcomm customers and partners.
Snapdragon is Qualcomm’s line of processors that are powering everything from smartwatches to cellphones, laptops and desktops. The latest chips are reportedly competitive with processors from long-time computer market leaders Intel and AMD.
“Now is the time for Snapdragon to change the world again,” said Amon. “And we’re going to change it with this vision of bringing AI everywhere.”
