DANVILLE — The Community Giving Foundation: Danville has awarded $52,599 in grants from the Jack and Helen Wunich fund.

Created under the foundation's Danville affiliate, the fund was established last year through an estate gift from the Wunichs, who wanted to address needs in Montour County and maximize local impact. The foundation identified three top needs in Montour County — affordable housing, child care and mental health.
